About Marion

Marion Kardasz studied Art & Design for four years and spent ten years in the packaging industry as a graphic designer. After many years as a professional she now has a singular style that incorporates strong elements of design with a natural flair for her subjects.

Marion exhibits regularly at the National Exhibition of Wildlife Art in Liverpool and with the Society of Wildlife Artists in London; and has twice had pieces selected for the internationally renowned Birds in Art exhibition in North America. She is a regular participant at the North Bristol Art Trail and has placed work in the Royal West of England Open Exhibition. Not content to work with one medium Marion paints in oils, acrylics and watercolours along with silk paintings. During her time as a professional designer Marion developed a love of printing processes that is still present in her work today in her limited edition silkscreen pieces and her contemporary approach to composition. She has been a regular artist in residence at Nature in Art in Gloucestershire.
